About the Role
As a Senior Bridge CAD Designer, you will utilize Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, ProjectWise, and other software tools to produce reports, presentation graphics, and engineering contract documents. Your responsibilities will include developing technical CADD details, generating design phase deliverables such as plans, profiles, sections, 3D models, and quantities, while ensuring compliance with WSP and industry quality standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong familiarity with Bentley software and experience with Digital Delivery.
- Knowledge of TxDOT Bridge Detailing Guide, TxDOT Bridge Standards, and related design support principles and processes.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-leadership, attention to detail, multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with software, technology, spreadsheets, and tools.
- Adherence to workplace safety, health, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
- Willingness to occasionally extend work hours to meet project deadlines.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in a closely related discipline.
