Summary
WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Bridge Project Manager to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves managing critical infrastructure projects and mentoring staff within a team-focused environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Bridge Project Manager, you will coordinate with various teams to deliver infrastructure projects, develop client relationships, manage engineering projects, mentor staff, and ensure quality control. You will also prepare technical reports, interact with regulatory agencies, and uphold ethical decision-making standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant post education experience in engineering discipline and prior structural design experience.
- Professional Engineer Licensure/Certification in Indiana or ability to gain licensure through reciprocity.
- Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues.
- Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
- Project management experience with small to mid-level projects.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to project team members.
- Proficiency with technical writing and discipline-specific design software.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Structural or Civil engineering.
- Experience managing small to mid-size projects.
- INDOT bridge design experience.
