About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support enterprise technology initiatives within a large public-sector environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business systems, translating business objectives into functional requirements, conducting process mapping, evaluating technology solutions, and supporting the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong experience in reviewing and evaluating business systems and user requirements.
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing or supporting case management systems.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
- Experience working in complex enterprise or government environments.
- Strong background in data analysis and requirements documentation.
