Summary
RAPP is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their award-winning Program Management team in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on ensuring email campaigns meet business objectives, consumer needs, and technical requirements.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, gathering requirements, creating documentation, and participating in quality assurance testing. You will also identify inefficiencies in workflows, propose improvements, and lead meetings to ensure effective communication and project management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years project management experience.
- Email and direct mail experience required.
- Database and customer segmentation experience required.
- Data file layout and data feed knowledge and experience required.
- Email testing experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
Preferred:
- Agency experience preferred.
- Email marketing platform experience preferred (understanding of segmentation, automation, personalization).
- Technical aptitude/understanding of HTML development and testing.
