About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will analyze account potential, initiate and close sales, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work remotely from a home office in the New England area, with expected travel of 50%. Your responsibilities include developing territory business plans, maintaining a sales pipeline, and serving as the voice of the customer to improve experiences and adapt to market changes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or marketing-related discipline; master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
- 6-9 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Certified Sales Professional designation.
- Familiarity with primary human cells, stem cells, immunology, and life science research.
