About the Role
As a Sr. Network Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for replacing legacy networks, managing equipment layouts, resolving network issues, and building partnerships with business and IT. You will also participate in on-call rotations, implement disaster recovery procedures, and monitor network performance for improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of experience in network engineering, including Cisco data center and campus networking, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP networks.
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAC, AD, remote access, switches, firewalls, and UPS/PDU equipment.
Preferred:
- Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, Wireless).
- Experience with network analyzers and Netflow.
