Summary
CSL Behring is seeking a Sr. Business Processes and Data Management Architect – Global Trade Compliance to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves designing, implementing, and improving global trade compliance processes using SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
About the Role
As a Sr. Business Processes and Data Management Architect, you will define global trade compliance processes, lead the deployment of SAP GTS solutions, and standardize global processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, monitor trade reporting, manage customs broker bid processes, and drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will develop global policies, support trade compliance technology administration, and lead change management for process adoption.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in highly regulated, multi-location environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).
- Experience in managing complex Customs and trade Operations.
- Track record of project leadership and/or participation.
Preferred:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a process expert role.
- Global environment experience.
- Change management experience.
- Experience within a multi-site / regulated environment.
