About the Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will proactively drive changes to systems based on business impact analysis, serve as a functional lead in technical implementations, and collaborate with stakeholders on business process redesign. You will need to summarize complex business cases and communicate effectively with firm leadership while leading others to meet deadlines.

About You

Required:

Experience designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structured process.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems and their interactions.

Preferred:

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and experience with reporting technology platforms like Tableau.
Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) in a ticket/support-oriented environment.
