- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in project/product management including planning and status reporting.
- Knowledge of business concepts and financial metrics.
- Ability to learn new skills and tackle challenges independently.
