Summary
Technified Solutions Inc is seeking a VDOT System Analyst to join their team in Richmond, VA. The role involves supporting IT projects within the Virginia Department of Transportation's Information Technology Division, focusing on business systems analysis and Agile methodologies.
About the Role
As a VDOT System Analyst, you will work with project teams and business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points. Responsibilities include developing expertise in customer business applications, conducting root cause analysis, documenting requirements and user stories, and managing requirements traceability and testing. You will also assist in maintaining product backlogs, creating prototypes, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
- Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
- Proficient in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
- Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience.
- Experience using tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
