- 5 years of progressive experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, or related investment roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, credit analysis, and structured products.
- Comprehensive understanding of a wide range of securities and capital markets transaction lifecycle.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing multiple high-impact projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM).
- Extensive experience leading transaction execution or working with financial institutions.
- Experience in fintech lending, structured finance, or alternative investments.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
