Summary
Haefele Flanagan is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Services (CAS) Advisor to join their team in Maple Shade, NJ. The role involves blending controller-level advisory with hands-on CAS responsibilities.
About the Role
As a Senior CAS Advisor, you will develop client budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards, lead financial review meetings, provide data-driven insights, mentor team members, and oversee reconciliations and reporting packages. You will also troubleshoot accounting system issues, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
About You
Required:
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, controllership, or client services.
- Strong proficiency in accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online required).
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Preferred:
- CPA or advanced certification.
- QBO Advanced Certification.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
