About the Role
As a Senior Center Program Coordinator, you will manage the Social 60+ Café Program and transportation program components. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing activities to enhance socialization among participants. You will also prepare reports and maintain effective communication with community organizations and participants.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in administering or providing support in recreational or educational programs for senior adults.
Preferred:
- Experience in recreation program assessment, design, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Bilingual skills (fluency in English/Spanish).
- Experience working with diverse communities.
- Proficiency in intermediate level computer skills and office equipment, including Microsoft Office software and Outlook.
- Knowledge of food safety and/or Serve Safe Certification.
