About the Role
As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving business growth by implementing strategic plans, managing client engagement, and ensuring financial management. You will dedicate over 50% of your time to cultivating new business relationships, actively participating in promotional activities, and maintaining oversight of delivery responsibilities. Your role will also involve strategic planning and execution to ensure robust account growth and operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record in client leadership roles within the Life Sciences industry, ideally with focus on Pharma and/or Biotech.
- Strong and active network of senior industry contacts.
- Deep understanding of the strategic, operational, and digital challenges facing the sector.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen – experience managing and growing client portfolios.
- Proficiency in financial management, including P&L management, forecasting, and risk management.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience in developing and executing client strategies that drive business growth.
- Demonstrated subject matter depth across Pharma/Biotech clinical development and commercial functions.
- Experience in strategic initiatives, transformation projects, or large-scale integrations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
