About the Role
As a Senior Client Partnerships Manager, you will own a client book with full revenue ownership, develop strategic account plans, understand client needs, manage the proposal process for contracts, and design innovative proposals. You will also leverage cross-functional relationships to enhance client engagement and success.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in a research or insights role, including conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies.
- 3+ years of experience working with clients in a relationship-building/account management capacity.
- Demonstrated executive presence and business acumen; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of ownership to independently drive high quality deliverables and outputs.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
