Summary
Deluxe is seeking a Senior Client Workflow Specialist to join their team in Lenexa, KS. The role involves leading the design, training, and implementation of data management workflows utilizing the TRIPS application.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Workflow Specialist, you will collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather and analyze business requirements related to data management and operational workflows. You will design and document end-to-end data workflows tailored to client-specific environments, lead the implementation of workflow solutions, deliver hands-on training, and serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams. Additionally, you will evaluate and optimize existing workflows for performance and scalability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED and 7 years of relevant experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Process Engineer, Software Implementation, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data governance, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Visio, or other Workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.
