About You
- 1+ year of experience working with COBRA, including knowledge of all relevant regulations.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must reside in East Lansing, MI.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, working 3 days per week in the East Lansing, MI office.
- 5+ years of experience working with COBRA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate, timely results.
- Effective follow-up skills to ensure resolution of open issues.
- Collaborative team player who can operate independently when needed.
- Ability to coach and mentor others as experience grows.
