The role requires independent work and effective prioritization of time-sensitive tasks.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Business-to-business (B2B) experience desired.
- Technical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Billing/Collections software.
