About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide legal support for channel partner activities, and handle various legal matters including product launches and compliance documentation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage legal risks and support the company's growth in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 8-12 years substantive experience in providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
- Experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, with SaaS and channel partner program experience.
Preferred:
- Experience on product and offering launches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
- English + knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
