Summary
DoiT is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their global legal team remotely in the United States, focusing on commercial negotiations and legal guidance for a technology-driven company.
About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you will handle commercial negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers, and vendors. You will draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, provide legal support for channel partner activities, and assist with other legal matters including product launches and compliance documentation. Your role will involve managing legal risks and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders while reporting directly to the General Counsel.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 8-12 years substantive experience in providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
- Experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, with SaaS and channel partner program experience.
Preferred:
- Experience on product and offering launches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
- English + knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
