About the Role
As a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance tasks, interpreting engineering drawings, and advising clients on service needs. You will work closely with Project Managers and Service Coordinators, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to while providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training.
- 1-5 years' experience as a Service Helper or Service Technician in a residential or commercial environment.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld computers.
Preferred:
- Electrical knowledge and EPA Certification (i.e. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc.).
- Ability to work in diverse conditions including mechanical equipment rooms and extreme weather.
