About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will engage with Design-Build teams to assist in delivering complex projects. Your responsibilities will include negotiating agreements, managing contracts, overseeing subcontractor compliance, evaluating change orders, and ensuring project risk management. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and maintain contractual compliance.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated commercial management, contracts management, and risk management experience in design-build project delivery from the architectural and engineering (A&E) industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in engineering, construction management, business, or contract law.
- Commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams.
- Ability to communicate complex contractual issues with proposed solutions across broad audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree from an accredited university, preferably in engineering, construction management, business, or contract law.
