About You
- 10+ years of hands-on litigation experience, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Background in managing litigation teams or supervising junior attorneys.
- Exceptional writing, legal analysis, and research abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- Confident negotiator with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with legal tech tools.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
- New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
- Experience in bankruptcy proceedings is beneficial, though not required.
