- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Demonstrated ability to use modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology modernization initiatives.
- Background working with or supporting leaders in operations, strategy, or product organizations.
- Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, CRM systems, or service operations.
