About You
- At least 8 years of professional experience in cash compensation, bonus/incentive program design, and equity compensation.
- Experience in high growth companies across different stages of growth.
- Exceptional modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience in go-to-market compensation and executive compensation in the UK and other non-US markets.
- Experience with advanced analytics or business intelligence tools.
- Adept at using SQL, Python, Claude, and Cursor.
