About the Role
As a Senior Complex Litigation Attorney, you will independently manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, collaborate with partners and colleagues, handle trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions, and provide timely updates and strategic guidance to clients.
About You
Required:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in California.
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
Preferred:
- Experience with client-facing responsibilities and managing complex matters.
- Legal project management experience.
- First chair trial experience.
