About the Role
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be on the frontlines of healthcare compliance, helping rapidly growing practices and investor-backed platforms navigate risk. Your responsibilities will include leading compliance audits, evaluating compliance programs, conducting interviews to assess compliance culture, developing corrective action plans, and serving as a trusted advisor to executives and compliance officers.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years in healthcare compliance, auditing, or advisory, ideally within a PE-backed practice, MSO, or hospital setting.
- Practical grasp of compliance operations: HIPAA, the False Claims Act, CMS, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- CHC certification or advanced degree.
- Strong communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to C-level stakeholders.
