Summary
Marsh McLennan is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer - Employee Health & Benefits to serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory, risk, compliance, and ethics issues related to MMA's regulated insurance brokerage businesses.
About the Role
As a Senior Compliance Officer - EH&B, you will provide advice to colleagues in MMA's employee health & benefits, uphold compliance culture, develop and implement compliance programs, conduct monitoring and investigations, and support broader compliance initiatives across the company.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of laws applicable to MMA in areas such as rebating, referral fees, trade sanctions, cybersecurity, data protection, and conflicts of interest.
Preferred:
- Demonstrable experience leading compliance operations or governance within a similar organization.
- Proficiency in analyzing data sets to create dynamic dashboard reports.
- Strong project management skills.
