About the Role
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the operations of field technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with capital and expense objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting meetings with local managers, generating reports, managing materials, and promoting company products. You will also be involved in quality control, employee development, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective team management.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years OSP Construction or Engineering experience.
- Extensive knowledge of OSP Construction Standards (TELCORDIA Blue Book).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of FTTH and data networking.
- Successful completion/certification in related technical fields or vendor equipment.
