Summary
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join their team in Shackelford County, TX. The role involves driving overall project schedule durations at a programmatic level across the company portfolio.
About the Role
As a Senior Construction Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for scheduling, preparing conceptual and detailed schedules, and contributing to the planning and sequencing of activities from concept through commissioning. You will create and analyze critical path schedules, monitor schedule performance data, and perform Time Impact Analysis and Claims analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Estimating, Accounting or relevant functional discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years related work experience.
- Expert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest Version) and MS Project.
- Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents at all levels of design.
Preferred:
- Data Center experience.
- Extensive experience using Procore & PowerBi.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
