About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in Insurance Brokerage, you will be responsible for advising clients on various aspects of the brokerage value chain, including prospecting, submissions, and risk management. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality outputs independently. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and utilizing core consulting skills to drive decision-making and develop business cases.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in comparable consulting services.
- Strategic mindset and ability to lead and develop team members.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Industry-related certification preferred.
