Highspring (Formerly MorganFranklin Consulting) is seeking a Senior Consultant, ERP Risk and Automated Control Solutions to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing ERP, automation, AI, and data analytics support to clients, focusing on IT risk and automation.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead risk advisory engagements from planning to execution, identify internal control issues within clients' ERP environments, and design solutions to mitigate risks. You will also develop strategies for technology-enabled solutions, support the development of an Automation Center of Excellence, and contribute to the growth of the risk advisory team.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of ERP, automation, and data analytics experience in professional services or relevant internal audit industry experience.
- CISA, CISSP, or other applicable certification.
- Knowledge of ERP security and control leading practices.
- Hands-on experience with low code RPA, AI, and/or data analytic tools.
- Subject Matter Expertise on ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, or Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Flexibility for travel.
Preferred:
- Experience architecting and developing AI/ML solutions.
- Experience programming in Python, SQL, and/or R.
- Significant experience and/or Certification in Alteryx, PowerBi, and UiPath.
- ERP security assessment and/or design and implementation experience.
- Experience with the design and implementation of ERP GRC tools and related processes.
- Public accounting firm experience.
