About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver omnichannel experience strategies for healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing data, creating journey maps, collaborating with various teams, participating in client workshops, and producing high-quality deliverables that bring ideas to life.
About You
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or consulting, ideally within life sciences or digital strategy.
- A strong mix of analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, CRM systems, or digital engagement concepts.
- Comfort with research, data synthesis, and turning findings into business recommendations.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
