About the Role
As a Senior Consulting Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to customer implementations at all phases of the application lifecycle, delivering training, and working collaboratively with a delivery team. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, influence product development, and ensure customer success with MongoDB solutions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of software development/consulting/support experience, preferably in various industries.
- Competence in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, or Go.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies.
- High motivation for a role that combines technical and customer-management dimensions.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting in collaborative customer settings.
