About the Role
As a Senior Contact Center Representative, you will serve as a liaison between customers and branch/department personnel, answering questions related to deposit accounts, debit cards, personal digital banking, and help desk inquiries. You will also refer products and services, understand current promotions, and complete address change forms as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service/contact center role, and at least six months in a banking position required.
- Knowledge of the Fiserv online system necessary to perform essential job duties.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Extensive bank product knowledge is required.
Preferred:
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
