About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in advanced engineering areas, including PLC/DCS controls interaction and/or automation of manufacturing lines.
- 5 years of project management and reporting experience.
- Demonstrated positive impact to the business through implementing significant changes.
- Experience with deploying new technology and managing internal and external partners on significant capital programs.
- Experience with analyzing business needs and developing lean implementation strategies.
- Successful experience across multi-site operations.
Benefits
