About You
Required:
- 8–12 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
- Strong background in M&A, corporate agreements, and general business transactions.
- Proven ability to independently manage matters for private businesses of significant scale and complexity.
Preferred:
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach to working with colleagues at different levels of seniority.
- No existing book of business required.
