About the Role
As a Senior Counsel/Senior Attorney, you will serve as the primary attorney on trust, estate, and probate litigation matters, managing cases independently. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, representing clients in various legal proceedings, advising clients on litigation strategies, and managing conservatorship and probate administration matters. You will also provide consultation to trustees and beneficiaries regarding trust administration and conduct legal research as needed.
About You
Required:
- Active CA Bar License
- 5+ years of probate or trust litigation experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
Preferred:
- 8–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Comfortable handling clients and cases autonomously
