About the Role
About You
- 10 years of broad legal experience, preferably a blend of law firm and corporate in-house.
- Bachelor's degree with JD, and admission to the bar of at least one state.
- Broad understanding of commercial Property & Casualty business and knowledge of the insurance business.
- Expertise in drafting contracts such as MGA/MGU agreements, TPA agreements, vendor agreements, and M&A agreements.
- Securities law expertise.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
