About the Role
As a Senior Counsel, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Investment Principals to draft and negotiate credit facility documentation, coordinate transactions across various functions, oversee closings, and stay updated on industry trends and legal changes.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience at a top law firm drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities.
- JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York or Texas bar in Good Standing.
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate collateral.
- In-house experience.
