The Cadmus Group is seeking a Senior Course Designer (TS/SCI Required) to join their Health Security Team in Washington, DC. The role involves leading teams to support homeland security clients and developing public health curriculum.
About the Role
As a Senior Course Designer, you will be responsible for developing public health curriculum, constructing tests, advising on instructional systems design, administering training programs, and evaluating training programs for efficiency. This position is part of a proposal effort and offers will be contingent upon award.
About You
Required:
More than 5 years of public health course design experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space.
BS/BA degree.
Active TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior consulting/professional services experience working independently to make decisions.
Prior experience leading course development activities.
Prior staff management and development experience.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%), primary location is DC (on-site).
