About the Role
As a Senior Customer Diagnostics Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to airline customers on engine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will drive fleet stability by analyzing engine performance, lead and mentor team members, develop strategic initiatives to enhance diagnostic services, and improve processes using FLIGHT DECK methodologies. Responsibilities include identifying product failure trends, training customers on diagnostic tools, advancing engine diagnostic capabilities, managing customer communications, and supporting LEAP product line analytics in collaboration with GE and Safran engineering teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Engineering/Technology and Fleet Management.
