About You
- High School Diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or a minimum of 3 years of customer service-related experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and large pharmaceutical distributors.
