Summary
Atidan Technologies is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join their team in New York, United States. The role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automating workflows, and leading data migration processes.
About the Role
As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for visualizing donor activity and organizational performance metrics through Power BI dashboards. You will design and implement Power Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency, lead data migration to a new fundraising and ERP system, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems. Additionally, you will document processes, provide training on automation tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report design.
- Strong experience with developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
- Experience with data cleansing and migration projects, including working with legacy systems.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development principles and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
- Familiarity with other automation platforms such as UiPath or N8N.
- Experience working in small teams or mission-driven organizations.
- Exposure to nonprofit or philanthropic data models.
