About the Role
As a Senior Data Compliance Analyst, you will either integrate into a client's team or work on a FullStack product team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring analytics and reporting meet compliance standards, developing dashboards using BI tools, and supporting audit readiness through documentation and controlled access within Databricks environments.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated environments ensuring compliance and security standards.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying.
Preferred:
- Experience working within Databricks environments.
- Experience developing dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience supporting cross-domain analytics and structured data sharing.
- Experience working in structured enterprise or public-sector environments.
