About the Role
As a Senior Data Compliance Analyst, you will integrate into client teams or work on FullStack product teams to deliver data compliance solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring analytics and reporting meet compliance standards, developing dashboards, and supporting audit readiness through documentation and data lineage.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated environments ensuring compliance and security standards.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Databricks for analytics and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying.
Preferred:
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in structured enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with role-based access controls and secure reporting practices.
