About the Role
As a Senior Data Compliance Analyst, you will either integrate directly into client teams or work on FullStack product teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring analytics and reporting meet compliance standards, developing dashboards using BI tools, and supporting audit readiness through documentation and data lineage.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated environments ensuring compliance and security standards.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying.
Preferred:
- Experience working within Databricks environments.
- Experience developing dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in structured enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
