About the Role
As a Senior Data Compliance Analyst, you will either integrate into a client's team or work on a FullStack product team. Your responsibilities include ensuring analytics and reporting meet compliance standards, developing dashboards using BI tools, and supporting audit readiness through documentation and controlled access within Databricks environments.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated environments ensuring compliance.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Databricks for analytics and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying.
Preferred:
- Experience working in structured enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues.
