About You
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Current license and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota.
- Four years of experience as a practicing attorney in data privacy and security.
- Experience working with a CEO and an executive board.
- Experience with the Attorney General's Office and/or State government agencies.
- Knowledge of state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA and the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
