About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist on the Data Foundation & AI team, you will be responsible for defining quality metrics, turning customer complaints into structured investigations, building scalable evaluation systems, measuring AI system effectiveness, automating workflows, and influencing product roadmap decisions through data-driven insights.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Experience defining evaluation and metrics frameworks.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience investigating ambiguous problems end-to-end.
- Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders.
- Clear communication of trade-offs and insights.
Preferred:
- Experience evaluating AI or ML systems.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, working with both technical and non-technical partners.
